Birthday party packages include Esports, Pool, Oak Park Conservatory, Cubhouse Indoor Playground, Ice Skating, and Gymnastics.

Reservations are first come, first served starting each year at 9:00 a.m. on March 15. The permitting period runs from April 15 through October 31.

Certain activities require a permit, including events with 13+ people, bringing outside equipment into a park, reserving a specific park location, professional filming or photography, and using amplified sound.

Yes. Courts and fields can be rented, and picnic shelters can also be rented.

Approximately four weeks after the event. Refunds may take less time when the deposit was paid by credit card.

No, but renters are encouraged to take recyclables home.

The number of tables and chairs provided is based on the approximate headcount listed on the contract. Standard 6-foot rectangular tables are used.

Yes. A certificate of insurance may be required, and details will be provided if insurance is required upon application approval.

Amplified sound is restricted to single-unit devices indoors and in designated areas. Amplification must stop by 10:30 p.m., and sound levels must comply with Village of Oak Park noise standards. DJs, bands, and music or speaking using speakers or amplifiers are prohibited.

Yes, but tape, confetti, silly string, helium balloons, and open flames are not allowed. Permitted decorations must be removed without damaging the facility.

Yes. A Facility Attendant will be available throughout the rental to supervise, monitor the facility, set up tables and chairs, open and close rental spaces, and answer general questions.

The hourly rate depends on residency, the number of people to accommodate, and the community center being rented.

No. Alcohol is not permitted on Park District property. Violators will be asked to leave the community center or park area.

Access begins at your designated start time. Cleanup must also be completed within the designated end time. Additional time may be requested by emailing reservations@pdop.org and is subject to availability, rental rates, rules, and guidelines.

No, the outdoor spaces are not included as part of the rental, however you are free to use them in the same manner as any patron of the park in a first come, first serve basis.

Andersen and Fox Centers are not available for facility tours or pre-event walkthroughs. Virtual tours and pictures are provided on our rentals page.
